The surrounding offers plenty of possibilities for walks, track, biking, mushrooms collecting and enjoying the home made delicacies offered by local peasants.  Swimming is possible 10 km away in crystal water of Bohinj or in the swimming pools of Aqua-park in Bohinjska Bistrica. In the days of summer heath the cottage at 1030 m of altitude enable you to move in the pleasant surroundings of Pokljuka forests where it is still warm and pleasant but never hot and sultry.
